WELCOME TO OUR COMPANY

A modern manufacturing plant forms the basis of our company. We have 50 modern injection moulding machines, including equipment for special applications and special processes. Our machines have locking pressures between 20 an 1.000 tonnes. With that we realize injection weights up to 3.000 gramm.

The completion and manufaturing of assembly groups happens in two specific assembly departments. Individual parts will be assembled by hand, while serial parts are built fully automated by robot systems.

Quality is manufatured - not subsequently measured. This principle is realized, for example, by camera systems that automatically sort out incorrect parts. We use this technique not only in the production, but also in the assembly department.
